Iron diffiecency

My iron level was 2.6 i am getting iron injections and tablets for 4 months now but it only went up to 6.1

Magda, normal iron levels are between 12 and 28 µmol/L and 6.1 µmol/L is definitely not enough. This basically means that you’re losing iron faster than you can absorb it. You should have this seen to a.s.a.p. and the best would be to see a specialist physician. Good luck.
