Internal very painful grade II hemorroids

Is it possible to remove them with laparactomy?

Francisco, I don’t know what a laparactomy is. You might be referring to a laparoscopy (“operating with a camera”) or a laparotomy (open surgery of the abdomen). Neither of them are suitable option for removing haemorrhoids as haemorrhoids are removed from the “outside” via the anus. Let me know if I misunderstood your question. Good luck.
