Insulin in the UK

I am an insulin dependent Diabetic and I take Humalog and Protophane. I am thinking about travelling overseas to the UK for a working holiday. Is the insulin in the UK the same as the insulin in SA? If not what is the equivalent? And is it easy to obtain over there

Nugs, they will probably have the same insulin or at least an equivalent of it. You can just take your insulin with you and get it from a doctor there (at a premium price of course). Good luck.
