I want to find out what the survival rate of an insulin overdose is in a non-diabetic person (say 2000 IU) resulting in a Hypoglycemic coma. What treatment there is and how long one stays in this state for? what are the impl, ications of this as well please.

Dear Wizzard
Only 10% of people die these days of hypoglycemic coma, the rest can either recover or get temporary or permanent brain damage of different degrees depending on how bad the episode was - this will determine how long one would be in treatment. Treatment is supportive and trying to get the body's metabolism balanced again.
