Insomnia

Have been having real difficulty falling asleep at night, for the past 3 months. I am exhausted, but just can't fall asleep.

I am now feeling like a zombie. I feel so ill today. My head and eyes hurt, feel dizzy and I feel like throwing up. I am so tired.

What's wrong with me. I am too tired to even think.
