Insecurity and trust ????

how do you over come insecurity and how do u get some one to trust you when they keep thinking that you lying?

As for the insecirity --- see a good local counsellor, preferably from the CBT style. Maybe you don't GET someone to trust you, especially if you have indeed been lying, or at least very economical with the truth --- but a good counsellor could help you to understand how this sort of situation could come about, and how to try to put it right

You can only behave in ways that are trustworthy, if the other person still doesn't trust you, there's nothing you can do about it Dee.

Tust is tricky
People may honestly believe that you are lying - no matter what you say. I will also like to know what the recipy is for getting someone to believe the truth

they need to admit that they might have a problem and go for help. thats the long and short of it.
