inner thigh exercise

hi there. Any exercises you can recommend for the inner thigh, i find that extremely difficult to get rid of. thanx

Cycling is very effective, because it does the job of toning and is cardiovascular. And that's the key, the cardio.

It's hard to spot reduce, and from the sounds of your question, it's more a case of losing fat in that area than of developing the strength, and so that's why things like lunges, abduction/adduction machines etc won't do a great deal for you. but cardio will, and so cycling kind of marries the two together as well as anything else.

That's not to say that you shouldn't do specific exercises, and lunges and the abduction/adduction machines would be very good to do a couple times a week. But it's cardio, and that means cycling or running, or taebo or rowing or even swimming that must form the basis of the training.
