Inligting oor hardloop

Hi

Ek het onlangs begin draf - geniet dit baie. Ek wil net weet so nou en dan hardloop ek teen tyd en wil weet as ek so 3km hardloop en 2km daarvan is bietjie opdraand - nie gelyke pad nie en die tyd wat doen is 17:43 - is dit te stadig te vinnig. Sonder om teen spoed te hardloop doen ek die 5km wat ook deel uitmaak van die "opdraande" in ongeveer 33 min. Ek wil net weet of ek daarop moet verbeter.

You need to enjoy what you are doing - so rather than always trying to improve your time, which might take away enjoyment, focus on the pleasure of the exercise.

There's nothing wrong with the speed at which you are running. If you do, however, want to improve it, the best way is to do some interval training, ie when you run short distances repeatedly at a high speed, with a break inbetween each eg 400m (very fast), with 2 minutes recovery and then repeat it about 4 times, building up to 6 or seven times.
You could do this once a week. Hill training would also improve your strength. Running up a short hill (eg 30 sec initially) - run down and repeat a few times.
Don't forget to warm up before diong these workouts.

This will certainly improve your speed and your fitness.
