info osteoarthritis

what to do at onset of osteoarthritis at 56 v painful knee.

doig yoga for 10 years ,twice a week in class, daily at home

can u give more info.

As osteo-arthritis is the wear and tear changes we experience as we get older, very little can be done to prevent this- especially if the cause was physical activity like sport etc.
Keep on doing your yoga and keep as active as possible to help keep those joints mobile for as long as possible.
