Infertility

I have been told that if I change my diet, I have a more likely chance of falling preganant. I have been struggling for a number of years. Is this true?

If you are overweight losing weight with a low GI diet, it can adjusts the hormone levels. Always better to know the cause of the infertility for e.g pcos, endimitreosis etc.
