Indian food-low fat options

Hi there

i am going out for an Indian meai shortly and i was wandering what are the best low fat/low calorie options to eat, so i wont ruin my diet!

Dear Halo
I think you just stick to the general rules: try to eat lean meat or fish (if you are going to have a Muslim Indian Meal), rice, vegetables and salads and have moderate portions. If you are going to have a Hindu meal it will be vegetarian so it should not be too high in fat or energy. Be careful of the desserts which are often very high in sugar.
