Being inlove is a feeling...
Loving someone is a decision..

Yes, I agree with Maria. “ in love”  is mere infatuation. Love is more an action..not just a word… .
and you’ ll soon realise the difference by what he/she does for you… .real love develops over time…

If you are willing to live with the toilette seat being left up all the time, even though it irretates the living crap out of you and you have fallen in twice, then you have found true love...  )

There is no manual or text book that says after so many months or years you love someone. Also " love"  doesn' t necessarily replace " in love" , they can co-exist. As I see it, the difference is this: When you' re in love you don' t see your partner' s imperfections, you think he/she is perfect and nobody can tell you otherwise. Along with this of course goes that butterflies-in-the-stomach feeling every time you see him, or hear his voice... Then your relationship matures and you look at your partner more realistically. You realise that he cannot work with money, or that she overreacts to everyday problems, etc. Then you decide if you can live with these things because your feelings for the person is strong enough. This is called love.
