Impact of chiropractor sessions

Hi Doc,

I am currently seeing a chiropractor twice a week for my neck. My husband and I jog 3km in the evenings. Will the chiropractor session impact me in any way or should I cut down on my jogging?

Thank you!

Hi Jacqui

The best person to ask is your chiropracter. Personally, I wouldn't think it should have any impact on your jogging.

Keep it up!
