Immune System

Hi there

I teach small children and always seem to pick up at least one or two bad colds a year from all their coughing and sneezing on me!

So far I have not been sick at all this year, thanks to me taking Viral Choice capsules daily. They work fantastically for me! I do lead a very healthy lifestyle too (diet, exercise, etc) but working with little kids takes its toll on me.

Im planning on falling pregnant soon and am wondering what can I take to keep my immune system boosted during my whole pregnancy? I really dont want to get bad cold or flu when Im pregnant and I know ill have to discontinue with my Viral Choice.

Any supplement suggestions that are safe to take in pregnancy to keep my immune system strong?

Dear Natz
Only vitamins, I'm afraid - but you can take the injectable flu vaccine
