Ideal meal plan to desired weight

All recommended diets appear to be the same (in content and portion size)whether you are a male,20kg plus overweight and 2m tall and is physically active or a female and 20kg overweight, 1.5m tall and inactive. surely one should have a " meal plan' (not diet)according to your ideal weight and height and activity level? if so, where can one access such info?
