Hello Badanile,
You need to pay close attention to your diet. Consult with a good qualified nutritionist for best advice.
In the meantime.
Don't drink with meals as this will dilute digestive juices and reduce function of your gut. 20 minutes before meals and one hour after.
Avoid soy, carbonated beverages, caffiene, candy, chocolate, all dairy products, fried foods, ice cream, animal fats, butter, margarine, all junk foods, nuts, orange and gratefruit juices, pastries, all processed foods, seeds, spcy foods, sugar, chewing gum, wheat bran, wheat products, alcohol and tobacco.

Hope this helps you to start with.

Best regards
