i want it

hi doc

i am one kind of person that that likes exercises but i hardly engage in any.
But i want to shapen up. What kind of simple exercise should i engage in, in order to acieve this wish.

Easy, the one you enjoy the most. I'm tempted to suggest that you probably haven't found it yet, because even though you say you like exercise, you don't actually do any, and that suggests you don't like what you have done enough. Because in general, when one enjoys something, it's more a case of making them do less, than trying to do more.

So you need to figure out what you enjoy more, and then do that. If that means walking 45 minutes 5 days a week, then that's it. If it means running, fine too. It's not really important what you do, only that you do it, and this means that you need to choose something you will enjoy because your chances of sticking with it are much greater if you do enjoy it.

Why don't you change your wish into a decision?
Decide that you want it.
Declare the reasons for the decision. (Healthy, Sexy, Energized etc)
Commit to your decision!
Set your personal standards higher..
And never look back :)
