I'm tempted to suggest that you probably haven't found it yet, because even though you say you like exercise, you don't actually do any, and that suggests you don't like what you have done enough. Because in general, when one enjoys something, it's more a case of making them do less, than trying to do more.
So you need to figure out what you enjoy more, and then do that. If that means walking 45 minutes 5 days a week, then that's it. If it means running, fine too. It's not really important what you do, only that you do it, and this means that you need to choose something you will enjoy because your chances of sticking with it are much greater if you do enjoy it.
