i manage to sleep only 3 hours and thereafter i am up every day

Hi Charlotte,
It sounds, from your message as though you are describing what we might call Early Morning Wakening, for the last month or so ?  When we develop anxiety disorders, we often have difficulty getting to sleep ; when we develop a Depression, we more often fall asleep, exhausted, but then wake in the early hours, often feeling especially gloomy.   There are of course other possible causes of such sleep disturbances.  Its usually wisest to see a good doctor, maybe your GP, for a check-up to explore these possibilities, and ways to relieve the situation.  Its best if one can avoid sleeping meds as such, as they can cause other problems, and similarly to avoid the home remedy of alcohol, which can also complicate the situation.
