I had an accident in 1999 and I injured my L12 and L11 which were squashed I am able to walk and do anything but I get this tight feeling when I am sitting what can I do?

Hi Kaz
T11 and T12 are the last of you thoracic vertabrae. The best you can do is get into yoga or Pilates as the strtching will get the area moving and release the tightness you expirience while sitting.
