Hypnotherapy effective to stop smoking?

I am seriously considering to quit smoking - however, it's obviously not very easy. I have tried Zyban in a previous attempt, it worked well at first, but not in the long run. I have seen Hypnosis advertisements in the paper, but want to know if this is a viable option.
I have been in a Hypnosis session before (non-related), so I am familliar with the experience.
Will hypnosis (and a bit of will power) really help met to quit smoking? If so, where do I find a credible hypnotherapist (instead of the classifieds)?

Thank you for visiting

Hypnotheraphy is a suggestion and therefore, has very individualised responses. I am unable to comment on hypnotherapy, as I am not too familiar with this but any step taking in the direction of smoking cessation, is a good step.

Kind regards

Hi Amor

Try Quit. I stopped 2 yrs ago, started again and last year 31 May I stopped finally.Never say never but the first time that I quit was ok but the 2nd time was hell and I decided that I am not going to put myself through that again. Why would we do that to ourself?

Good luck!
