This does not work. Greene County shares a helath inspector with Fayette. The poor guy has a tiny staff and a tinier budget, and there''s just no way this office is able to meet the burden of frequent restaurant inspections, let alone carrying out all the other standard helath department functions.. We do have a decent helath department operated clinic, which does a good job dispensing inoculations and the like but it, too, is grossly underfunded.
