Hurt leg muscle playing squash

Hi
I hurt the muscle on the back of my left thigh playing squash, which still hurts when I run almost a week later, and was wondering if you could give me a stretch to help it recover and prevent injury again.

In terms of stretching, it is important NOT to bounce when doing it as all this does is to contract/relax the muscle quickly without stretching.
