If you want to keep running 4 x per week, I would suggest initially adding just 1 spinning session for 1 hr per week. Then later, you could decide whether you want to drop a run and add another spinning session or just add another spinning session, but this could be too heavy a load, and you don't want to suffer from burnout.
Rather don't overdo it and follow a hard day session with an easier day session, so that you can recover.
