According to international tables, girls of 14 years should 1310 calories a day and boys 1440 calories a day to maintain their normal weight. Your present BMI = 20,3 which is completely normal so your weight is healthy. Although it is an excellent idea to eat a well balanced breakfast, most people do best if they spread their energy intake over the 3 main meals (about 400 cal/ meal in your case if you are a girl) or 6 smaller meals each day. Walking 10 km a day is a bit excessive - just be careful that you don't overdo you exercise in an attempt to lose weight when it is not necessary.
