how much exercise is enough

hello
please can you tell me what the right amounts of weekly exercise is.. i used to train 5-6days a week for an hour and a half. running and various other strength an cardio workouts. now -due to lack of time- is hard to keep up to that schedule.. and so im slowly picking up weight.please assist??

To keep weight in check international experts recommend that we should all do at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise (cardio workouts, skipping, running, cycling, spinning, jogging, swimming, or brisk walking) a day. If you find that you can't exercise for 30 min a day, then try to do 60 min every second day.
