Please don't become obsessed with your weight. You are at the age when you can easily fall into the trap which leads to eating disorders like anorexia. It is also totally soul destroying to weigh yourself every day. Weigh yourself once a week at more or less the same time, e.g. early on Monday mornings, because one's weight varies from day to day and from morning to evening. It is quite possible for your weight to vary by as much as 3 kg form day to day and morning to evening. Don't start getting guilt feelings about food because before you know, you will be purging yourself after eating to punish yourself for sinning by eating so badly. Raisins are relatively high in energy because they have a low water content, but if you eat about a tablespoon once or twice a day, they will not make you fat.
