how do you know when you are ovulating

How do you know when you are ovulationg? Are there any tell tale signs? If you do not have a regular cycle does that mean that you are not ovulating? Just wondering... Can anybody fill me in?

Do a search through the archive, there are load of entries on the subject. Have a look at www dot progesteron dot com, or www dot idreamofbaby dot com. They have tools to calculate, quite cool.

have a look through gynaedoc's top 5 questions, it has more info.

You usually get an egg-white discharge. Easier to tell when you do have a regular cycle though.
