Hormone Replacement therapy

I am 54 years old and suffering from osteoperoses, using Fosamax. The gyne put me on Kliogest (2mg) since January 2006. Is this good or bad? At my latest check-up he discovered a thickening of the uterus lining of about 3 cm, but said it is nothing to worry about. Do you agree?

The advantage of HRT is that it protects against osteoporosis and colon cancer. The disadvantage is a slightly higher risk of breast cancer. The thickness of the uterine lining is within normal limits.

Best wishes

I read that Phyto Soya is the safest natural alternative to HRT. I saw the advert at the Dischem, maybe you can chat to your pharmacist about it.
