Honey

Is it advisable to use honey instead of sugar in your diet, and what are other health benefits for honey? Is the processed honey that we get from supermarkets good?

Dear K@K
There are not really any significant advantages to using honey instead of sugar. If you like the taste then by all means use honey with your cereals, etc. The brands of honey sold in supermarkets are usually of good quality.
