HIV/Aids and exercise

Do you know anything about HIV/Aids and exercise. What exercise infected people can do (Type), duration, nutrition and when it is not safe for them to do so. Are there any studies conducted on this topic?

Mary,
There is no specific exercise for infected people.Exercise is exercise whether or not you are infected.You can do anything from 10 minutes of skipping rope to serious gyming depending on your condition, whether you are weak or not.You don't have to strain yourself if you don't like exercising.The simplest exercise,even walking will do.Just don't do nothing.
