HIV TEST Window Period

had sex with hiv+ person on the 28Oct 2007. did my blood tests on the 18Dec2007 and came -ve. are these results acurate? or should i go for more tests

Ons should ideally do a follow up test at 3 months and at 6 months, as some people only develop antibodies a few months after contact ( this period is called the window period) Only in rare cases will patients develop antibodies after 6 months.
