High blood pressure during pregnancy

Hi, all..I'm writing on behalf of a friend that is 15 weeks pregnant and have high bloodpressure. Her gynea only told her that she should and only could take Panado and there is nothing they could do for her as she is pregnant. Have anybody experience this and how where you treated?

The usual treatment in pregnancy is Aldomet. If it was just one high blood pressure, it does not need treatment.

Best wishes
