High Blood Pressure

Hi Doc

i found out i have high blood pressure, What can i do to lower my blood pressure to with normal limits?

Also what foods in my diet should i avoid and which one' s should i focus on

Cayenna pepper in Yogurt works better! To lower your BP: avoid to much salt in diet. Grapefruit-juice will also lower BP.

Hi Andre ,
Are you on HBP medication ????
I use to be on HBP medication with a average reading of about 170 / 110 .
I have been drinking 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper ( Red pepper )with about 100 ml of hot water , follow with a teaspoon of honey for about a year now.
My BP is now average 120/90 and I' m not on medication anymore.

Its all about a more healthy lifestyle, no smoking, less alcohol, more fresh veggies and fruit. Do some exercize etc.

And remember, very important,dont stop your medication without consulting your doctor .
