Herniated cervical disk

Hi there,

I was diagnosed with a herniated cervical disk about 2 years ago. I took a 3 month break to recuperate and since then hav'nt had any symptoms until a week ago. I felt pain under my shoulder blade and neck area. I have since stopped traing until my body heals. I am an avid weight trainer and was wondering if you could prescribe exercises that would help my condition. Also could you advise as to what exercises ton avoid. My training program looks liek this:
Deadlift(4 sets -120kgs)
Wide grip pull ups(body weight)
Barbell rows(4 sets 30kg;40kgs;50kgs)
Ez Bar culrs(25kgs)
Flat bench(1x4 sets 100kgs)
Tri-cep push downs ( 30kgs)
Tri-cep french curl/extension (35kgs)
military press(30kgs)
Squats

please can asist me with advice as to which exercice to avoid completly knowing my condition. Training is my life, without it I am nothing.

many thanks
