a gastric mucosa and lymphoid aggregates and Helicobacter pylori organisms what does that mean please

It means you have a germ (helicobacter) in your stomach that is causing peptic irritation and erosion. You probably need antibiotics and long term PPI's to get rid of this as this can lead to peptic ulcers.
