help met gym en dieet asb.

Ontbyt: 50g oats
koppie koffie

middagete: 1 cup brown rice
1 tin of tuna
1 cup mixed vegtables
1 appel
Kan ek pasta ook eet met bv maalvlies by maar hoeveel???

aandete: 1 medium aartapel
150g hoender of 150 varkvleis of n vis fillet
1 cup broccolli of 1 cup mixed vegtables of green beans

Ek drink so 2 tot 3 liter water per dag. Die dieet wil ek volg saam met my gym is dit gesond of nie?? Dankie
