HELP HELP HELP

dear doc

What other alternatives are there other than the Pill *birth control*
that one can follow not to fall pregnant as a double safety messure on top
of using a condom?
The Pill don't go well with my system and would like to know if there
is anything else i can use or do during intercourse on top of using
a condom?

Try Rendells pessaries if the're still available from your chemist. Wife + I used them 4 yrs without any other contraceptive, so they should be a good back up. We never had any failures - have 3 kids as they were planned. Good luck

Another condom, well some people would rather use two condoms, although this may not go well with him just see if you can't convince him. Do go for the morning after pill it's designed for emergencies and could cause harvoc in due course eg excesive bleedin during periods.
