I can see why you are confused – based on the written descriptions, even I had to think hard about this. I would need the nutrition labels in order to give you an answer as to their precise differences; however what you need to know is that the Protein Plex is the perfect meal replacement shake for you to take within 45 minutes of completing your gym training. Take note that you need to include a carb drink (about 30-35 carbs) with as little as 6% protein which you should consume during your training and with a very hard training session another such drink immediately after your training. Follow with the shake as indicated above.

If you need to increase your protein intake due to wanting huge muscle gains, and not getting sufficient from your diet, you should take the Muscle Fuel Dynamic before bedtime – it is a slow release protein which supplies you with protein during the night – only after trainings should you take a faster absorbing protein like whey.
Some of the other product contain expensive proteins due to the way they are extracted and research has proven that it is more important when you take your protein that from which source! Thus no need for you to spend your money on elite proteins. And keep in mind that companies create similar products with different angles to increase their market as different things appeal to different people e.g. some people might want to buy a protein because they believe it is going to help them lose weight.

One last warning – you need to calculate your calorie need and make sure you achieve such otherwise your expensive protein will be used as energy and not for building bigger muscles.
