ek het so 45min om te gym in die oggend. Ek het n bietjie gewig om te verloor om my maag en heupe ek is 24 jaar oud. Ek ry 20min fiets dan 10 min roei en dan sal ek bv. my maag doen sit ups ens sal dit my help as ek dit 2 dae doen en dan 1 dag my bo lyf en een dag ny bene ens. Wat ek wil doen is om eers die bietjie gewig te verloor en dan n ander gym program kry. Wat se dieet kan ek volg wat gesond is ek il nie enige meal replacements of so iets drink nie!

I think for diet, you are a better off asking the dietdoc, or even better than this, see a dietician, because everyone is different, and they should sit down with you and discuss your choices. SO that's definitely the best thing you can do.
