DietDOc...

I currently weigh 90 kg .with +- 15 % bf..

I am trying to loose my fat (not muscle)

my daily eating/training schedule looks liks this

7:00 protein shake 30 g/p 40g/c 1.45g/f
1 x m/v , 3 g glutamine

9-9:30 : chiken (100g) 30 - 4
fruit x 2 - 50 - (apple/orange)

12-12:30 same as prev 30 50 4

2-3 same as prev 30 50 4

18:00 shake 30 40 1.45
Weight training +- 45 mins

Shake 30 40 1.45:

so in total 180 g/protein 270 g/carbs % fat

Is tis too much protein ?? too much fruit ???

I can feel that im feeling "tighter" but no real loss in bw ?

Dear IC
We usually don't recommend quite so much protein (in your case you are getting 2g/kg body weight) unless you are training very strenuously or at high altitudes. An intake of 1.5 g per kg body weight should be adequate, i.e. 135 g, which means you can increase your carb intake which has a 'protein-sparing' action. Your training will help to reduce the body fat %, but it takes TIME so please be patient and give your body a chance to adapt.
Best regards
