HEEL CANNOT HEAL

I have been havig trouble with my right heel for a number of months. I did not injure the foot in any way. The pain often appears as sudden as it disappears. The doctor's seems to find nothing wrong with my diet

Hi Wenno
You need to stretch your right calf muscle (will the knee as straight as possibe). There is a referal from the calf in to the heel.
