healthy or not?

For lunch I have a salad. However in addition to lettuce, tomato, peppers, I also put in 1/2 avo + tablespoon flaxseed oil + handful of cashews. Is this too much fats? Thanks.

Dear DW
I do not think that the salad you describe is too high in fats. Even when you are slimming, you need to ingest 65 g of healthy fats per day, particularly monounsaturated fats (the avo and the nuts) and omega-fatty acids (the flaxseed oil)which your choice provides most successfully.
