health machines

Hi doc

i've got a question.

Does those Electro Cellulite and muscle contracting/toning machines/pads work? and the galvanic waves? Is it really effective and safe/health in reducing cellulite and toning muscles and reduce weight?

Any advice on this will be appreciated.

Thank you

Hello Joe, thank you for the question.

In a nutshell, yes these cellulite reducing machines do work, but are limited in their end result when compared to surgery, diet, and exercise. More advanced machines such as the Velashape and the Ultrashape can produce a greater circumference loss (between 1 to 2 cm).
Galavanic waves are safe and are great for improving the topical absorption of products on the skin.
