What are the important things for a women at the age of 24-25 that she should take into consideration according to her health.

I presume you are asking about bone-health?
Firstly- ensure a calcium intake of at least 1000mg per day, do weightbearing exercise like walking at least 3 times per week for 45 minutes, don't smoke and limit your alcohol intake to 2 drinks per day. If you take bone toxic drugs like cortisone, be aware that they can be detrimental to your bones and that sufficient calcium and exercise becomes even more important.
Breast examination is important at every age and you should do that at least once a month (not while ovulating or menstruating).
A well balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is also important throughout life.
