Headaches & Flying

Hi.,
i'm planning a trip overseas in a month or two. and i'm just worried about headaches. i get alto of migranes and tension headaches.
would flying trigger these or cause them to worsen?
i may just be abit of a worrier, but the thought of being in a plane for 13hours and not being able to get help if i need it scares the heck out of me!!

Dear Flyer
Take a few Adcodol tablets with you on the plane - you can take 2 every 8 hours if you develop aheadache - this works quite well for tension headaches.
