HART RATE

I'VE BEEN HAVING PAINS IN MY CHEST AND MY HART RATE LAST NIGHT WITH OUT EXERCISE WAS BETWEEN 80 AND 140 AND WENT DOWN TO 70 WHEN I WAS SLEEPING . AM I JUST UNFIT

Michelle, you might be unfit, but that still doesn’t explain the chest pain. It might be that you have a conduction problem of the heart and that this is responsible for the fluctuating heart rate and of course the chest pain. The best would be to have an ECG done (preferably by a cardiologist) just to be sure. Good luck.
