HARD BOILED vs SOFT BOILED????!!!!

Hi There

Anyone know why a diet would suggest hard boiled eggs as apposed to soft boiled?

Would it make any difference if I had soft boiled instead? (I loathe hard boiled!!!!)

Many Thanks

Dear Me
There is no difference in energy value between hard and soft boiled eggs, so you can certainly eat eggs soft boiled if you prefer them. Just keep in mind that the SA Heart Foundation has recommended that adults should not eat more than 4 eggs per week to prevent raised blood cholesterol levels.
