growths

I'm a 17 year old male and have two lumps about 1 cubic cm in the inside of my left leg just below my groin. I've never felt it before and it showed up about a week ago.It wasn't painful in the beginning but the one started to hurt a lot and its very uncomfortable.Could you please help? I've heard of cancer of the lymph nodes.

Dear Worried
It probably is due to an infected injury somewhere on your leg - you may need antibiotics - please let your GP have a look and give you a prescription?
