Groen tee

Hi Diet Doc
Ek probeer minder koffie drink en vervang dit met groen tee. 1. Is 4 - 5 koppies groen tee `n dag te veel, en hoekom?
2. Is dit waar dat groen tee baie Vit C bevat?

Groen tee is al honderde jare lank deur mense in die Ooste as hulle daaglikse warm drankie gebruik, dus sal 4-5 koppies seker nie skade doen nie. Die nuutste navorsing dui ook aan dat sekere verbindings wat in groen tee voorkom, moontlik verslanking kan aanhelp - dus kry jy dalk 'n bykomstige voordeel. Ek het nog nie juis verneem dat groen tee ryk is aan vit C nie. Dit bevat egter baie ander anti-oksidante wat die liggaam beskerm.
