Good news on WOW

I've been on the programme for 4 weeks and its great! My fitness level feels up and I got a spring in my step! Something I would like to share, when I started to measure myself I decided to measure thighs, calves and upperarms as well. I didn't lose any cm on my waist or hips the first two weeks, BUT I did lose 1 cm on my thighs and 0.5 on my calves. Now in my fifth week my waist and hips are down about 1 cm each BUT my thighs are 2 cm thinner, my calves 1 whole cm and Upperarms are down 1.5 cm. Its not a lot but it motivates me for the week and I can't wait for the next measurement. Thanks for the programme.
